2 years out

Good Morning! 

I am two years out from my RNY surgery and doing GREAT!  I have lost a total of 162 lbs!!!!!  I just had my 2 year check up and am right in line with where I should be and what I should be.  I have maintained the past year (actually lost 3 lbs) from last years Dr. visit.  

I encourage anyone wanting to have Weight Loss Surgery to go for it.  Make sure you do all of your homework.  Ask lots of questions and use your tool!

Glad you are doing so good.  I had my band taken out and had the bypass done on October 8th and am so excited to feel normal!!
