I miss everyone so much.
I am working every weekend and man was it busy this weekend at Target.
I am walkling all over the store doing my demo and have energy that my God could never regret.
One thing I am noticing is finding stuff to eat in the morning I know my calories are way low mainly because when I think I will eat this or that all within healthy limits most of it does not appeal to me.
This morning I ate some wonderful turkey breast 1 tsp. mayo 2 Tbls reduced fat and sugar sweet potato casserole and hot tea with stevia.
I hate and cant stand sweet!.
One egg is all I can do my head says two but the pouch says one.
I feel great and enjoying life.
My bathrooms got done and they look great.
Today I did muffins and coffee and did not eat a crumb of muffins I am happy to just remember what they tasted like.

Hi Annie,
We miss you too! Re: getting in enough to eat. Make sure that you are getting in your mini-meal snacks so that you get in enough protein and other nutrients since you can't get much volume in at any one meal.

Hi Annie, I know we are supposed to at some point be getting all of our nutrients from food but even now at over two years out I am so busy with school and stuff that I am dependent on my protein drink twice a day to make sure I get my protein in. During the day when I can sit down and have a bite it is litterally that, a bite or two, because my pouch doesn't want a full serving of anything no matter how much I chew it and all. Sometimes that is the best we can do. Keep up the hard work. I am glad to hear how well you are doing.

I think ok I will have a shake then it just turns me off cant do that ewwww.
I do try and yes I nibble small meals during the day I have found lunch meat and cheese my friend.
Like you I do not feel happy when the pouch is filled to the hilt.
Other than that I am happy and feeling good.
Loving working and walking the dogs in the mornings.
