Annie is a happy girl

 OMG I was notified through my job I had to take a food handler class and test to continue with my job.
OK I took the class online took the test at the end of each chapter took the final test and....passed with flying colors.100% now do I know what I am doing or not hell yeah I know what I am doing when it comes to cooking and serving food.
Yesterday we got audited which happens alot at my job in fact I like the lady who audits us.
She left to audit others only to return and presented me with a gift card letting me know what a great job I was doing.

Congrats! My daughter's employees all have to do the Serv Safe course and they are in the middle of their audits. Her stores ( Taco Bells and Long John Silvers) are in OR and WA.
I know those audits can be very detailed and you have a lot of stuff exactly right to get a good grade.

 Actually I enjoyed reading and learning about food handling.
I told Lee I feel like keeping my tempeture probe with me and testing everything even at home.

Our daughter is the food police at picnics. She tells us all when the cold food isn't cold enough and the hot stuff isn't hot enough!

That is an acomplishment. I have taken that test as well and it is hard in that it covers tons of important need to know info. Good Job Annie!

The test consisted of 7 chapters at the end of each chapter you took a quiz.
I did take notes while reading the chapters.
Hope you are doing well and would love to see you sometime.
Life can get crazy at times and now with the holidays I am off and running.
I have decided to make most of my gifts this year.
