Gastric Bypass Back on Track Retreat

A great retreat for GBers who have "fallen off the wagon". At the retreat , you will participate in  the 5 day pouch test as a group. We would also have exercise classes, weigh - ins, cooking classes, and support sessions. There will also be a field trip to a grocery store, health food store, and gym to check out products and exercises. The retreat will be called," New Year, New You." The retreat will be held in various locations throughout the country. There is only one scheduled for  NC but if the demand is there another one could be scheduled. If there are any sessions you think should be added feel free to ask. Let me know if you have interest and I can forward more information to you.
