Good Morning Everyone!

Hope you had a wonderful weekend.

I have been MIA for the last week due to terrible headaches.  I finally had some pressure released on Friday, but still had vision problems until yesterday.  I hadn't had such bad headaches since pre-surgery.  Nothing I took seemed to touch the pressure.  Hopefully I have come to the end of whatever this was.

The weather here is very hot and humid.  We don't usually have it this hot until around August, so I have a feeling it will be a ery, very hot summer.  It has been the first time since surgery that I have really been feeling the heat.

Today I will concentrate on keeping hydrated by increasing my fluids.

Have a Great day!

Hope you are feeling better soon!

I didn't sleep well last night.  Actually, I spent from 2:00 am to 4:30 am on the OH boards.  I am not sure why I couldn't sleep.  I am going to pay for it later today.  so far this morning, I am doing fine.  I had a great weekend and I am looking forward to a productive week ahead.
Happy Monday everyone!

Hey there!!!!! It's been chaos at work this morning so I'm already like 4 hours late for being on here. I left home in a flurry of activity this morning and forgot to go get my mileage sheet to update my June Challenge post. I will say that I had another PHENOMENAL weekend (walking wise - at least) with over 7 miles Saturday and nearly 4 miles yesterday. Woo Hoo!!!!

My best friend has talked me into going to the gym with her after work today. I did pack my gym bag and throw it in the truck so I'll let yall know how that goes. David's class in Kinston was rescheduled from last week to this week so he'll be gone all week. After last week's series of events - I'm not getting my hopes up on that.

We had friends and family in over the weekend and it was so much fun. I fed them really, really good so now I get to enjoy the leftovers for dinner this week. (Steamed Shrimp, pan seared scallops & Grilled Halibut-------YUM) It still amazes me that Oscar the Pouch loves this stuff but in very small amounts. I was raised on a shrimping trawler so this is the stuff I grew up on - except nothing is ever breaded and deep fried anymore. I don't miss it.

Guess I'll get back to work now. Yall have a great day.
