My day trip today

 Getting ready to drive to Fayettville my head is swimming with what if's so I read my alanon book The Courage To Change it did help me some so I am going to try to relax and stay focases.
I really wanted an egg this morning but just had my usual shake.
Hope all goes well today and will report later today.

It blows me away when I think of how much extra baggage comes with being SMO not only is the weight coming off but trying to heal my thoughts too.

Well I did it and wow what a convention it was lots of recognition for hard work from many reps who came. 
I even made some new friends my district manager calls them sisters and it was so much fun.
Lunch was nice to but I stayed on track not wanting to upset Bubbles especially while away from home.
For desert they had huge slices of cheesecake sure looked yummy but I did not get any.
When I got home Lee was home and he really made me feel he was so proud of me.
I had time to do lots of thinking and I did not want to turn the radio to loud because I did not want to miss anything the GPS was going to say LOL
One thing about my wls is it has showed me just how fearful I have been of so many things in life.
I made it and everything was ok.
