A June Challenge
Okay folks it's June 1st.
I need to up my exercise. So there's nothing like a brand new day for a brand new start. SO...............I need some help holding myself accountable. My first thought is you guys. My goal/aim/intention is to walk at least 60 miles combined with 15 hours of strength training in the next 30 days.
Does anybody else want to chime in on this?
I've called my Mom and arranged to meet her at the park on the way home to walk this evening. She will not let me back out !!!

When I fist saw 60 miles I was like WOW thats alot!! But I guess that would only be 2 miles per day which is not bad at all!!!
I would love to try and reach this goal as well!! I will work as hard as I can before 6/18 my surgery date. Super excited!!!! What a great way for me to loose and prepare for my big day!!! :)

Sounds like a plan. I'm sure that I'm up for the walking part, I'm not so sure about the strength training, but I know it's something that I need. I know that both Ben and I noticed how much less 'strength' I have now that I'm smaller.

Did you know there is a June DailyMile challenge? And a fairly large group at that? Same goal (60mi in June) even.
