Ok i know everyone is getting tired of these types of questions from me but...tough, im asking another one lol. Im having a cookout for my birthday next week. Its also a "Hey look at the new Linda Party!" too. I wanna use some bbq sauce but i havent tried any since i had my surgery. Does anyone have any good recommendations? I have seen some kraft light bbq sauce but i havent tried it yet. Ok another thing im gonna "try" to do is where a bathing suit. Yea u heard me right, a bathing suit lol. Ive lost so much weight that I think i look good enough to wear one. Of course its gonna be a one piece lol. If i get the nerve, i might post some pics of me in one  lol.
Hope everyone is doing good and thanks in advance for any posts i get on here about this...Love u all!!!

My favorite BBQ sauces have always been the vinegar based sauces. So what I do is take the Kraft Light and mix it 1/2  and 1/2 (1 bottle of sauce + 1 bottle of vinegar). Makes a great marinade for chicken and Pork.

You'd better post those pictures of you in a bathing suit. You have worked to hard to get to where you are today without sharing those with us.

Good Luck and enjoy the party regardless of sauce.

I use the kraft original bbq sauce but doctoe it with emerils essence, grill mates seasoning and franks hot sauce. It has done well with me post op. Congrats on the nerve to wear a bothing suit, you should show off all your hard work, be proud and strut your stuff lol.
Have a great cook out, if I lived closer I would come see and taste for myself ha ha!!!!

I wish I had some more people coming to it. I dont have many friends here because when I was really really big, my self esteem was way low and i never made any friends really. Now though, i just say hi to everyone I see and everything. People seem to think im crazy lol. But yea, I wish a lot of u was closer so u could come to my party. We could have a blast!!

Prior to WLS I never liked any tomato based sauces, so BBQ sauce was out.  But now I love Budweiser BBQ sauce.  It has 6-8 grams of sugar, depending on the flavor you chose.  I can not tolerate more than 8 grams of sugar per serving, so this meets my needs.  The flavors are very pleasing to me and I use them a lot with meat in the crockpot.

You work that bathing suit girl!  I know you will look FANTASTIC!

Wish I lived closer so I could drop on by.

Have a GREAT time....................Carrie

Thanks for posting.  I think I will try some of these suggestions.  I think this is the perfect post for the upcoming weekend.  I have to take something to a potluck on Sunday.  Maybe I will take some bbq chicken with one of these suggested sauces.

I eat Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. However, I haven't had a lot of it at a time. Maybe 1/2 a teaspoon.
