It has been a long time

Hello, All!

I have not been online  in awhile.  My husband and I have been focusing on trying to ghave a baby.  It has not been going well.  :(  I am having surgery on Friday to fix a septated uterus.  I will be at Duke.  Hopefully, once that is fixed, I will be pregnant soon.  I am so anxious.

Weight wise, I am about the same.  Would like to lose about 30 more pounds, but my hormones have been so out of whack, I have been struggling with losing any more weight and controlling my emotions.  Whew!  I have been so mopey.  Well, I just wanted to check in, and see how you all are doing.

I was just thinking of you last week and I'm glad to hear from you again. I'm sorry that you have been having trouble conceiving and certainly hope that the folks at Duke will be able to resolve the issues for you. I remember how the hormone swings were enough to drive a sane person crazy, but just hang in there. I called Ben over to look at your photo and he said you look fantastic and hope you'll be feeling well soon too. 

We'll be changing the meeting location for our support group meetings. I finally found a venue that won't cost us to use it and doesn't involve food. YEAH!! 

I hope we'll see you and Shanon again in the not too distant future.

I'm so sorry about your fertility issues. I've been though the same thing and it's heartbreaking. I'll be praying for a speedy recovery and hopefully a pregnancy soon!
