How much is a RYN at DUKE with Aetna Ins.

 I have Aetna insurance and they cover the surgery.  I am in the process of  going to the 6 months of Dr. visit and documentation.  I have three more to go.  My Insurance covers 90% of the surgery.  If anyone out there have had this done at DUKE.  What did you have to pay after your insurance paid their part.  Thanks for any help. 

 I was told by them the surgery costs $40,000.
