Does anyone ever have hungry days?
Today has been one of those hungry days! Seems I simply could not be satisfied. I have not ate anything that I shouldn't have but I could have ate my car I believe. Does anyone have days like this? I had my protein shake first thing, then about mid morning I had an apple. Did I do something to trigger the hunger or is this typical? I have been craving salt like crazy. I can pour it in my hand and eat. I have been eating a lot of Tyson grilled chicken breast, blueberries, cheese sticks, jerky and greek yogurt. Basically everything my nutritionist has advised me to eat.
Wondering what you guys have/had gone through. If anyone has a food journal I would also love to see it.

Give me a minute to stop laughing! Eating my car??? So that is what’s wrong with me. Hungry days? That’s what it’s called!
And I thought I was the only one! I drive a big SUV so now I know why the scale keeps going up!
Ok, seriously, yes some days it seems I need am just to satisfied. Sounds like at least you are sticking to healthy choices though. I cannot say the same. When I am not satisfied, whatever I see, goes in the mouth! I call it the ‘Seafood Diet days! I see food and eat it!
Ok, I did say seriously…It does occur about once a month, so I think it my be hormonal.
Definitely continue to make those healthy choices. I will too!
I keep a food journal off an on. It would help you learn what NOT to do and earn me a true but whippin! It reminds me of the bad choices I make and where I need to make changes. I used daily plate and found more than anything that when I relied on processed food, my daily sodium intake was beyond heart attack level!
If I am gonna eat like a fat girl, then I gotta workout like a skinny girl!

I am this way about once a month! Definately hormonal! PMS!! Yes I could eat the car and the house too if I didn't have great breaks called RNY! It will only let me go so far off the beaten path! I crave salt like crazy. One of my favorite things is cheddar cheese popcorn. OMG. BRING ON THE SMART POP! Cheese its, goldfish pretzels,nuts etc. I call it my CARB ATTACK. That bunny has been hopping the last few day! I need to shoot him. I try to stick to healthy choices to one of my favorite things is yogart with granola in it. Guess this is a far cry from the olde days of a big mac and fries. Good luck ...keep rocking your tool! Shoot that CARB BUNNY!
