anyone work for IBM? Exclusion policy?

Hello everyone, does anyone work for IBM who has had wls?  I really hope they do not have an exclusion policy?  any help would be greatly appreciated..

I don't know the answer to your question, but you might want to cross post this question to the Main, Insurance and possibly RNY boards. They are very active and might have someone who has experience with insurance and IBM. Also, realize that you may come across people that might have had their surgery last year and inclusions and exclusions may have occurred with the new year. 

If I were you, I would contact your insurer directly and ask them what the criteria is for weight loss surgery. Often, the will tell you it is 'excluded' unless you meet certain criteria, unless there is a general exclusion for WLS.
