Less than a week now...

 Well Monday is the day, less than a week left of the last diet of my life, thank goodness!!
Then on to a healthier future. I go Thursday for my pre op appt. I paid for my surgery yesterday that was a hard pill to swallow since I am self pay. It is all starting to sink in, and I am starting to get nervous but I am trying very hard to keep busy and I thnk I will be all week. My mom flies in on Sunday so that will be a long day. 
I am really trying to remember everything to bring and get everything taken care of here at home now. I just got done paying all the bills so I don't have to worry about them and got the kids rides for practices and stuff. Whehhh I am already tired
