Wilmington Support Group?

Does anyone live in Wilmington, NC?  I would like to move to the area but would like to know if there are support groups and the name of a good doctor to check into.  Thanks so much.

Several people hav eused Dr Miles. He has a support group.

Dr. David Miles has a support group the 1st Wed of every month at Cape Fear Hospital on the 3rd floor at 6:30.
