UT OH new avatar up
OK guys I got brave a posted a new avatar pic.
I will also post some new pictures on my profile.
Still have a hard time with my pictures all I can focas on his the darn double chin makes me sick.
Maybe if the day for plastics come I will have that done too. and have a restful afternoon.
Going to workout and do my weights and situps today.Then run errands.
The other day when doing sit ups I noticed the first two sets of 15 are easy but the last 20 are the killers but I just do it.

Hi Annie,
It's funny how hard we are on ourselves. I know that I, like you, seem to see the damage I've caused when I see the photos. I have to tell you, though, that I thought that my first thought when I saw your new avatar was how much smaller you are than Lee!!

I thought the samething too.
A friend saw me at HT and made a comment on how small I was actually said tiny.
I know when I went to the funeral with mother and saw many people I had not seen in years.
I felt tall and not ashamed I am still 5"4 and thank goodness I did not get emotinal at the service.
Through my therapist I have learned I am what some call a sensitive or impath it is sorta cool to finally put a name on it.
Hope you and Ben are doing well my thoughts are with you daily.

I like your new avie and you look great in it. But I get where you are coming from. I have a hard time thinking my pictures look okay and do see all of my flaws. We need to learn to focus on our assets but thats not the way our minds work.

I am getting back into the gym this week. I was delayed as I got put flat out on my rear with a flu last week and missed all of my support groups and all my other plans were shot to heck as well. But I am better now and am getting back to my usual routine.

Hi Ann,
I was sorry to read you were sick last week but glad you are getting better.
I too have missed my groups in between deal with mom and helping Lee get back on his feet from not working for two months.
Tell Margie my Toshiba is up and going despite the little accident.
