Good Morning Everyone!

How was your day yesterday?  What are your plans for today?  Come share with us and feel free to just ramble away!

Yesterday was work as usual and then off to the local Hibachi Grill for a birthday celebration.  I had some wonderful pepper shrimp and a bit of crab casserole before I had to call it dinner.  They did honor my WLS card and allowed for a child's dinner.  There must be something in their food that causes my pouch to feel full with so little.  I have eaten there 3 times and never get more than 1/4 to 1/2 cup of food in before I have to stop.  So much to pick from and it is YUMMO!

Today is another busy work day and then a visit to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned.  I see where it is suppose to be sunny today.  I really need the sun.

Hope you each have a Wonderful SUNNY Tuesday!

Good morning! Had a good day yesterday. Rewarded myself with a ipod for working out. Now I have to program it. Meeting with the trainer today, so I know I'll get my butt kicked.
I feel so good after its done.

Good Morning,
Yesterday was a slack day for me.  Getting off night shift I just kinda kick back and catch up with my self.  Attended WLS support group last night  I really enjoy our group meetings.  It keeps me focused.
Today I've already been to the Gym and got my work out down, got my vits. and supplements in and now going to be gang busters here cleaning house and getting ready for work tomorrow.
You all have a blessed day.
Barbara your in my prayers

Dad is going downhill fast and Ben and I are running full tilt trying to keep up with him and my MIL, Margie. Don't get me wrong, we aren't in this by ourselves, but we are the primary caregivers and at this time we are pretty much going about 20 hours a day.

My SIL and her family came over and they brought salad and pizza. We had salad first, then some pizza. My son said to NO MORE PIZZA in the house and I think he's right. I'm making a taragon chicken and broccoli bake. I'll make some rice to go on the side for those who want it and of course a salad. I'm trying to have some more 'healthy' types of foods available.

Your pepper shrimp and crab casserole sound decadently delightful! Mmmmm...

Today a friend and I drove around and hung Avon books on mail boxes.
I treated her to lunch at a soup and salad spot.
She has a weight problem and loaded her pltae full of sweets.
She tried to intice me to go get the sweets.
Sorry NO WAY I do dump and have come to accept I cant do it.
I respect myself and my choice to have wls so it really does not bother me.
Something I have noticed is my size 18 pants are getting bigger this makes me sing for joy.
I do not weigh because of my lymphadema but when clothes get bigger this makes me happy.
