Dr. Enochs Patients

I usually dont complain as I am a very patient person but I have had so much trouble with the insurance person at his office I just cant believe it and I know they are very busy so I try to give them a chance but they continually mess up,  when I see him I am going to tell him.  They take forever,  have my papers for weeks and I dont hear a peep from them I have to call and call and call,  claim they dont get faxes from other Drs. and then I am told by the other offices that they are always getting requests for re-faxing and they dont know what they do with them when they get em....must through them in the trash,  lol.    Its like no one is watching over my case,  This is the 2nd time I had to do my 6 month diet and they turned me down twice I believe for reasons that his office should of caught BEFORE they send in to insurance,  Has anyone else had problems with his office?  You can send me a private message if you would rather.

I'm so very sorry to hear of your struggles and frustrations. I have a suggestion that might help. You might see about gathering all of the necessary paperwork yourself, so that you physically have copies and then YOU can send or fax copies to the Dr's office to ensure that they have all that they need. It's not an optimal solution, but is one that has worked for me.

Thank You Barbara,  I just have to complain,  feel bad for a day and then regroup and get determined again, lol.    Sometimes I wonder if these are signs that I shouldnt have the surgery because this has been a 2 year battle but I know alot of other people fight longer or dont even have the chance to have this surgery.  I will keep fighting,  I have all the time in the world and will do it over and over until I get approved.

My husband had similar issues and experiences with the program that we used and he too, was frustrated and distressed, but is ever so glad to have had the surgery and had the successes associated. Hang in there and keep plugging away. You'll get there and I believe you'll be happy you did.

 

I had the same problems back in 2005 with this office. I switched to Dr. Malik and had a great experience with him and his staff. My experiences with Enochs was the worst!

I knew I couldnt be the only one out there with problems,  my husband keeps asking me what I did to her to make her mad at me  lol.  I like him as a surgeon and he did my gallbladder surgery so I am not gonna give up and I am so thankful and lucky for the chance to have this because I know there are alot of people whoe dont have this opportunity for whatever reason.  And I plan on doing my best afterwards..

I'm in the early stages, but after submitting my insurance info, I have called repeatedly and never get a return call back. I have already checked my insurance coverage myself, so it should be a simple thing, but no luck with moving forward. I've pretty much given up and looked into other offices.
