Well the 23rd of this month will make 7 months for me.  I have lost 93 pounds and I am very happy.  I have had no problems thus far.  I have been able to tolerate all foods.  That is scary for me.  I still am scared to really test the waters.  I fell like a new person.  I have more energy and I am able to do more and not get tired as quick.  Tjhis has been the best decision I have made rearding my health.  Just wanted to share.  Have a great day.

Amy Elizabeth,

Congratulations on your success. You have done a wonderful job. I understand your concern about being able to tolerate all foods. As you can imagine, this is a double-edged sword, but it is much more common than you might think. There are a set of books that I think might help you as you continue your journey and learn to make the decisions that will continue to keep you healthy. The book are 'The Beck Diet Solution' book and workbook by Dr. Judith Beck and 'Eat it Up' by Dr. Connie Stapleton.

Wishing you continued success,

Barbara
