guess what I did

OMG I love cooking so much and spens time watching many cooking shows.
I watched cooking live with Chef Ramsey and he taught how to make steak diane.
I did use cubed steak instead of regular becausde I have a hard time with meats.
I got to flambe tonight OMG how exciting. and is was wonderful.

Good for you Annie!  I love cooking/baking too.  It is the satisfaction of creating something and then watching others enjoying it.  I just wish my DH was more adventurous in his eating.  I have learned to change up recipes for both of us.

Glad to see you posting.  How are you and Lee doing?  Hope all is well at you house.

HI Carrie,
I am so proud of my creation  last night I cant wait for a chance to serve it to company.
Lee and I are doing well he is back at work.
I am so happy to see the sun this morning.
Lee is off this weekend so we have just been hanging ou****ching movies going shopping and btw he fixed my pc after the friend spilled wine on it.

Lee went to make himself some breakfast and said he was going to make french toast did I want any?
OMG HELLO I cant eat stuff like that.

I thanked him and said I am totally happy with my cottage cheese.
I am staying focased and eatting heathy.
