Don't miss meeting Dr. Walter Pories this Saturday in G'Vegas
In case you missed the last post/reminder....
I wanted to post another reminder about our first Eastern NC WLS Meet-up for 2010. It will be on Saturday Feb. 6th at 11:30 at McAlisters Deli in Greenville (near the mall). We are very excited that Dr. Walter Pories plans to come talk with us. Dr. Pories is known internationally for his work in bariatric surgery and is a warm and approachable person. Dr. Pories is a Professor of Surgery, former chair of the department and is currently the Director of the Metabolic Center at the Brody School of Medicine. He will talk for a short time about the beginning of bariatric surgery here in eastern NC and will be available to answer questions from the group.

I really wanted to make this one......BUT....once again life has gotten n the way. My "Baby" turns 18 this weekend and he really has my entire weekend planned out from lunch time on Friday until the superbowl is over on Sunday. Gotta love a Moma's Boy.
