Good Morning Everyone!

Hope you had a GREAT day yesterday.  What are your plans for today?  Do you want to just ramble away with us?  Come on in and share.

Yesterday was a really weird day.  I felt like I just woke up when it was time to go back to sleep, the day just flew by.   It was a beautiful sunny day here.  It was nice to have that sun, but I only got to watch it from inside my office window.  The sun is a necessity for my emotional wellness.

This morning it is already raining, but it is not suppose to freeze here.  Please be careful if you go out today.

Today is just another work day for me.  Hopefully it will be business as usually with no major unscheduled events.  I can wish can't I?

I have decided to work on my reactions to stress and learning to manage it before it gets out of hand.

Well enough rambling for me.  How about you?

Hope everyone has a WONDERFUL Tuesday!

Good morning, ya'll.

Well, everyone slept in today?  I'm almost always up by 5, but by the time I finish my morning routine and get to OH there are a dozen contributors already!

Well, yesterday I got some good news, and then I celebrated.  My chemo doctor says all systems are go.  I start my last half of chemo tomorrow!!  Three weeks on 1 week off, at least through March.  She also said there are no restrictions on dental work (someone had told me their chemo doc had said no dentist while doing chemo).  It's just my regular 6 month cleaning, and she will be sure my WBC is normal first.  ALSO, she said I can go to TJ and get a fill whenever I want.  As long as I feel strong enough.  I'm thinking the end of Feb, or the end of March. Whoopie!!  So we celebrated by going to Best Buy and getting a new 65" Plasma TV to be delivered and set up on Friday.  I used to celebrate with food.  Gotta tell ya, food is cheaper!!

Today I have to figure out how to rearrange my family room to fit this new TV, where to put the old 60" one in the living room, moving the LR TV to one of the bedrooms, and then getting rid of that bedroom TV.  Plus when I can recruit 2 grandsons to help move all this furniture before Friday!!

I also have another doctor appointment this afternoon.  Which seems to happen about 3 times a week, these days!  I used to hate going to the doctor and put it off as long as possible.  Now it's just another 3 hours out of my boring day!

Everyone have a fantabulous day.

Good Morning...

I know I haven't posted in forever...but that is about to change!!

I am home and plan to stay here today...it is raining, but not freezing.  I have a royal mess to work on today...mail everywhere, gather up tax things, some general cleaning.  I have a plan!!

Also I am journaling again and planning my food.  Posted that on the Over Fifty Board, so I won't bore anyone here today with that mess.

Grammylew - I have been gone so long, I didn't realize you had been sick and doing chemo...Prayers are with you!  but you seem to be doing well and have lots of energy.  Yea for the new tv!

Hope to be back later...enjoy your Tuesday!

As soon as I finish this post, I'm going to finish packing and then I'll be on my way to CA. My dear father-in-law is seriously ill. It appears he has liver cancer, but the don't know yet if it's the primary source or has metastasized. Either way, this is NOT good. Right now the plans are for me to be there for 2 weeks. We'll see.

I'm packing my supplements and planning to do what I can to take care of me while I care those I love.

Please pray for my in-laws and our family as we traverse the rocky roads ahead.
