Things are going well.  Small changes at work but I think it may work out to my advantage so I will go with the flow.  Home life is good.  I gave DH a gym membership for Christmas.  He is going routinely and losing weight like a champ.  His shirts are much looser as well as his pants.  A new belt is in the horizon for him!  After seeing me lose weight, he wants the same but doesn't want the surgery.  So, with my support he is working hard to do it.  It is so much easier for him since I am so conscious of what I eat.  Now I just have taken stuff he used to eat and shouldn't out of the house.  I am excited for him.  He loves the look of the new me.  I can't wait to see the new him!
My body does not define who I am but I am trying to define my body.  It  gets easier with every pound I drop.

Today is a day for relaxing and then some fun.  I have been relaxing ths morning, some.  I finished information cards for our 6thygrade teacher who's leaving today with 26 of he 35 students to go to Washington DC.  Glad it's her and not me.  I HATE field trips but really hoping she does this again in a couple of years when my kid is in 6th grade.  It's such a good experience that most of our student nver get.

I've fed my people and planted my farm on facebook now getting ready to jump on the treadmill.  My daughter is actually reading right now!!!  This is the one I have to threaten to get her to read.

Later, when DHi gets home we are heading to Elizabeth City (about 45 minutes away) for bowling then dinner at Golden Corral.  Then we'll go to WalMart where Callee has chosen to pick her own present.  That's so much easier.  Give her $20 and let her go for it.

Had pancakes again for breakfast - put banana in them this morning - and coffee.  After workout I'll try to do a protein shake.  For lunch I'll probably have 3 or 4 cheesesteak bites that I made yesterday.  Then for supper at GC I'll stick to a small salad and some protein (hopefully they'll have steak on the bar tonight).

Everyone have a great Friday and weekend!  Be good!!!

I have had a good week all together.  My marriage anniversary was Thursday (1/21) and I am now on stage 3 starting tomorrow.  I was wanting to go out for my Anniversary on Saturday.  I was wondering is there any restraunts that I can eat at without upsetting my stomach.  All and All I have been very good with my stomach.  I have not got sick once, I have only have the super feeling a few times.  I want to play it safe.

Thanks,

Holly M

Soups, fish and most any seafoods were okay for me. I'd avoid anything that I hadn't tried at home and whatever you decide on - eat very slowly, protein first, don't drink with it. You may want to just try ordering off the appetizer menu - the portions may still be too big though.

Happy Anniversary. Good Luck to you - I love my Dr. Mac.
