Hi Iris,

I'm so sorry to hear that you have damaged your tailbone... I was a little afraid of that from your descriptions.  I have a wedge shaped pillow like the one that Ginny talked about. It's made by 'Seat Solution' and I got mine at Bed, Bath and Beyond. I think that I paid 19.99 for it and it really helped a great deal.

Yesterday for me was pretty good.  I've become pretty adept at using mydailyplate.com to track.  I think it really helps me to see what I'm eating especially now that my appetite is coming back in full force and I'm staring to "stress eat" again.

Tonight was WW and I lost 1.2 I think.  Yeah!  According to their scales I've only lost 95.6 but according to mine I've lost 104 (that is because from the time I started I went up about 8lbs then started to decline).  Think I'll stick with my calculations.

Today was good as far as eating.  I made pancakes for my baby's 7th birthday this morning.  I found a bisquick mix with no milk or eggs and mixed it with soy milk and it turns out pretty good.  When I got to the last of the batch I put some protein powder in for me.  First time I've had pancakes in forever!  And they were pretty good.  Still could only eat 1 3" one though.

For lunch I made eggface's philly cheesesteak bites.  Unbelievable!  They are so good.  However, I will watch them more closely next time,  I think I left them in a minute or so too long and cannot stand the taste of burnt egg.  I added some fresh mushroom to the mix.  I'm beginning to add fresh mushrooms to almost anything.  I then made pasta for the girls and Ron for dinner (another of Callee's favorite).  I use the Ragu chunky garden primavera (I think).  It's the kind with the chunks of zucchini and carrot.  Love it and it sneaks in veggies for the fam.

I walked two miles last night on the treadmill.  Have I said how boring a treadmill is?  But I got my daughter a new cd for Christmas and put that on my mp3.  I walked for the entire cd (about 40 min) and did the 2 miles.  Not bad but I have to get momentum up to train for that 10k in March.  Any ideas?

Hope everyone has a great Friday!!!
