Support Group in Raleigh Tomorrow Night

Hi All,

Tomorrow evening we will have the Over 50 Group in Raleigh. The focus of this group are the issues that people who start with a high BMI may face, such as excess skin issues, a longer weight loss journey, goal/success may 'look' different than a lightweight's goal/success, etc... Anyone, regardless of BMI is welcome to attend this meeting, just understand that the discussions and focus of this meeting are geared to issues for those with higher BMI's. 

The support group will be being held at 6;30 pm. They have WLS and vegetarian friendly offerings.
