I am Susie and Ray's surgery angel

Tomorrow is a big day for my friends Susie and her son Ray.
They are both having RNY tommorow morning.
They live in MS and are having surgery in Alabama.
They will both be in my heart and thoughts tomorrow.
They both have high BMI's similar to what I had so I have a deep understanding of what they have choosen to do.
Susie's son Ray is 25 years old and is so looking forward to his wls.
Please keep Susie and Ray in your thoughts tomorrow.

Annie, just wanted to say hello.  Hope you are doing well.  I had hoped to attend the Meet-Up yesterday, but had a noon ballgame.  I couldn't do both.  I really wanted to see you.  Hope you are still doing well.  I am finally up to par, I think.  I have begun to see a physical therapist and have hired a personal trainer at a local gym (with pool).  I am having to start out in pool; that's about all I can do now.  But, it's a start, and I already feel better.  I went to see Dr. Farrell on the 12th and he was pleased with my progress.  I have lost 103 pounds since my surgery.  I still have lots of questions about what to eat, portion control, etc., but I feel positive.  I bought new clothes in smaller sizes. That was a thrill.  When this cold weather leaves us, I want to plan a trip to Chapel Hill to go grocery shopping.  Hope your critters are doing well too.  Sorry it's been so long since I've been in touch with you.  Let me know what's going on with you and yours. Congratulations on your incredible success. I am sure it will continue and your life will continue to blossom in front of you as it does. 

It was a small support group meeting yesterday and Annie didn't make it, so don't feel too bad. Hopefully, we'll see you soon.  We are having an Over 50 support group meeting this week and you are most welcome to attend if you want.
