Oh, yes... i forgot to mention that i only use the barilla plus pasta now. it's nice to have that extra protein kick when indulging that carb monster you mentioned!!!
And i think you and i have discussed making our own "sweet tea"... you know... that southern staple, using decaf tea, splenda and i throw in thejuice of an orange (or tangerine if that's all i have).

Barb, I too would like the mac & cheese recipe.... i think it's something both Stan & I would like too..
BTW... With that vanilla pudding in the greek yogurt... i only put a couple of teaspoons of the powder in it (to taste of course), but i you put too much it makes it kind of thick. You can always sweeten a litttle more if necessary with splenda.... That was Jennifer's trick... she let me borrow it! :)
