Good Morning Everyone!

How was your Monday?  What are your plans for today?  Please share.

Yesterday was a very busy day.  It is days like yesterday that make me feel like maybe I need to strap on roller skates instead of shoes in the morning.  The day went very quickly due to the constant activity at work.  I started out on my gazelle and made more than the 30 minutes I scheduled.  Even with a birthday cake celebration in the morning for a co-worker and a group lunch of take out Chinese, I was able to stay on plan.

My crock pot lasagna was a bust!  Even dh who never wants to waste anything suggested that we feed it to the garbage disposal.

Today looks a lot like yesterday at work.  I am truly grateful for my job in this economy and when I get overwhelmed I try to remember how very fortunate I am at this time.  I have decided to look at each work day as a gift that I may not have tomorrow.

I have a date with my gazelle in a few minutes and then I am off to work.

Hope you all have a wonderful Tuesday!

Good morning all.  I am at work so I will try to keep this short.

I went to my first yoga class last night.  My balance needs work but I am a lot more flexible than I thought.  My main problem is my knees.  I don't ever have knee pain (knock on wood) but when I bend them hard I feel some discomfort.  I feel good today.  So, is it that they just need to get more stretch and will get better or do I have a touch of arthritis?  I guess we will see.  I liked the class and will continue to go.  I need to get a thicker mat.  My tailbone was killing me on some of the poses/stretches.  I lost a lot of cushioning back there and now I feel like I have a tail for real.  ack.
I have been so busy and haven't spent any time at all in the house except to sleep.  I miss being home.  Normal day: leave for work about 5:45 am.  Get to work at 6:30 and leave at 3:30 to go to part time job until 6:30.  Go to gym until 8 pm and then back home.  Saturday mornings I work from 9am to 1pm and then to gym.  Sundays are church, fun, and errands.  I miss my house.
Well, I better work before they let me go and find someone who will.  Have a good day and stay warm.
My body does not define who I am but I am trying to define my body.  It  gets easier with every pound I drop.

Good morning everyone!!!
Yesterday was a good day.  I worked from home all day so i didn't have to go out in the cold!!!  I'm really glad it's getting ready to warm up.

Carrie, i'm really sorry to hear about that Lasagna, i was looking forward to getting the recipe.  Oh well, i saw a "stuffed shell" recipe on Rachael Ray yesterday that i thought i could make more bariatric friendly.  Maybe i'll just work on that.

Today and tomorrow i'll be out and about going to clients.  It's time for W-2's, 1099's, etc so i'll be going from place to place getting stuff done.  Tomorrow i'll also be running around, but doing fun stuff.... an appt. with my trainer, haircut, etc.  Then Thursday, i'm heading for the cabin.... long weekend coming up.... hooray!!!

Yesterday was a little better. I had breakfast... Not, such a good lunch and a few to many 'snacks', then I made a heavily meated bolognaise with some of Barilla's protein laden Pasta Plus.

My weight is back down to 145.

I didn't do a bit of 'exercise'. I also didn't leave the house yesterday. It was too darned cold and my arm is really aching. I'm looking forward to the warmer weather.

I worked on some projects for my mother and my DIL to be, but it took all day to do what probably really should have taken a couple of hours... That's my focus and concentration problem showing up though.

I'm working on stripping the 40 year old wall paper from my master bathroom and working on some other projects around the house. I also need to get some things in the mail and run a few errands today.

I want to thank everyone *****ached out with warm thoughts and prayers. It really does help.

I hope all have a good day.
