JamieLynn...
WOW!!!! Fantastic transformation. I have to ask, how much have you lost now. Your Dr. must be very pleased. You look so much healthier and for lack of a better word... just plain AWESOME.
Good luck to you and Shannon. Kiddies will come when the timing is right. Rose and I hope to see you soon.
P90X... I tried it. It kicked me in the butt. I think its time to dust those DVDs off again.

Thanks, Dalton! You have really made a miraculous transformation as well. I have lost 236lbs. I am loving it.
I have been sore every day since I started P90X, but it says a person will be sore the whole 90 days, so I guess I am on the right track! LOL! How did you like it? Did you see changes after the 90 days?

Jamie,
You look absolutely fabulous!!! I agree with everyone else - I don't think I would recognize you if you walked right up to me and whacked my on the head!
For me I've found that looking so different has its advantages and disadvantages...especially when I want to be anonymous. If I run into someone I haven't seen since pre-surgery and I don't want to talk to them, usually I can just walk on by...and see the confusion on their face as they try to figure out who I am. Then again, I'm much more comfortable saying hello and talking to people than before surgery instead of pretending I didn't see them - part of my attempts to fade into the background and NOT be noticed. I do still struggle with that...I've always struggled with self-confidence and I'm much more comfortable in a stagehand role than one that involves being on-stage...probably a big reason why I'm more comfortable lurking instead of posting even on OH. (I hope that makes sense..I'm rambling a bit here!)
That all being said, I am actively making an effort to change that, and to operate outside of my comfort level. I hope it will become easier over time, but right now its a struggle and I'd much rather try to fade into the background. I don't think I'll ever really be comfortable under a spotlight, but I think it is something that I can make into a habit if I practice it enough...its always going to be out of my comfort zone.
I love the photo from Rodeo Drive!!! Isn't wonderful to get on a plane and not be worried about the seatbelt fitting or taking up the neighbor's seat in addition to your own?

Sarah,
Thanks so much! Don't feel bad sometimes I see students that I was not fond of out and about and they do not recognize me and I make no effort to let them know who I am. It is nice having a level of anonymity.
Going to California was exciting. I fit in the sit with no problem, and it was awesome!
