Anniversary

I've just hit my first year anniversary.  I can't tell you how happy I am with myself, and my life.  I don't post much but I read everyday, and you have all been a big help in so many ways.  I thank you.  I have meet my drs goal and I have met mine.  If I stay this weight its okay if I lose a few more ok too.  I have had just a ball this past year.  Not only losing the weight but the self esteem has sky rocketed.  My warerobe has been replaced several times and I'm in the best shape I've been in 30 + years.  I will continue to read everyday and maybe post ..  The journey is not over.  I hope it never ends and I want to continue with this new lifestyle, what I consider my second chance at life and Honey I'm living it.
