Rocking at 1Mo out

just finished 1 month out got both tubes out now and feeling great lost 50lbs fat gained 12lbs water and 6lbs muscle.......
never felt better......

yay!!!!!!!!! thanks for sharing! Just got back from my 6 month dental check up and my dentist barely recognized me! Like Barb says-the appearance is just the "cherry on the top", the way we feel is the true blessing!
