Yesterday was all about my DH is his love of football. He was very disappointed in his Eagles. But we still had a very enjoyable day and relaxing evening.
Although I dread the thought of work today, I welcome the structure the day will bring with it.
I actually got out of bed a little later than I needed, so I am behind in getting ready for my day. I had scheduled my exercise for this morning, but will have to reschedule for this evening after work. I am determined to make sure I have at least 30 minutes 3-5 times a day. I feel this is the missing link in reaching my goal.
Since Mondays are really chaotic for me, I really have not planned anything for today but to get through my day at work and get on my gazelle at home before dinner.
It is really cold outside this morning , I need to layer so I will not feel cold inside. I do not seem to be able to tolerate cold or a chill at all anymore.
Hope you all have a WONDERFUL day!

Back to work for me too. Seamed strange to get up and have somewhere I had to go. Really enjoyed yesterday. Watched the marathon "House" show, played on the Wii with my son and had leftovers for supper.
I'm getting excited about my consulation visit tomorrow. So glad my husband can go with me :)
Hope you have a great day!

UGGH! Back to work for me too!!! I haven't done anything since before Christmas!!! I LOVED loafing!!! Today I'll be going to clients, so i actually have to leave the house. BRRRRR! I hate the cold.
My plant was to work out this morning before i went out, but since it's already after 9AM and i have to be someplace @ 10, i guess that's not in the cards. So i'll be working out when i get home this afternoon...
Since i'll be running around today food may be a problem since i'll be eating on the run. I'm going to bring a protein bar and maybe some cheese or a yogurt with me. I don't have to worry about it getting too warm in the car!!!
Well, i'm off.... Have a great day everyone!!!
I have some errands to run today, but wish I could stay home. I don't like the cold and since I hurt my hand in the fall, it really aches in the cold.
Ben put a roast in the crock pot last night and it will go back on today, so I'm looking forward to wonderful, protein laden comfort food tonight.
I have started to dismantle the holiday stuff and will try to get most of it taken down today.
Taking care of some business issues and housekeeping stuff.
I've dropped a few pounds and am back into the 'safe zone'. I'm going to see about trimming off a few more to give me a buffer.

Well that's my grumbling for the day - thanks for listening. Maybe I'll be able to take my frustrations out on the treadmill this evening.
Oh for the pet lovers out there - we had a couple stop us in the driveway on Saturday to see if a dog they had picked up in the park belonged to us - it didn't but David got their number and said he'd make some calls about it and try and find out where it belonged. He finally tracked down the couple and found out they'd be home in a few hours. The dog's name is Dilly and she's a yellow lab mix. She's about 3 years old but she has hip and joint problems so the owners figure she wandered off and then just got to tired to make the return trip to their house 3 streets over.. So he put the dog in our garage and fed it some aging leftovers to tide it over until it could get back home. BIG MISTAKE!! Yesterday afternoon we're sitting there watching TV when I look up and standing on the back deck looking in the sliding doors is our "friend" Dilly. She wasn't barking or anything just sorta standing there - staring in. So david lets her in - she goes straight for the fridge. He gives her another slice of ham and then out she goes. 20 minutes later she's onthe front porch - WITH FRIENDS in tow. So she didn't get in that time. About 3 o'clock I noticed her curled up on the wicker loveseat that's on the front porch. It was so cold. She was shivering. So I made a huge mistake and let her in. David called the owners and told them we had her. Long story short - they're splitting up and no one is really paying any attention to this sweet girl. So he told them if she was still there this morning that he'd drop her off on his way to work. Oh she's still there. She bedded down on a blanket that I keep for my dogs when I bring them down for a visit. I tried to let her out for a potty break before I went to bed - she didn't want to go so I semi forced her out. She sniffed into the air climbed up on the wicker set and peeped in the front window at David till he got up and let her back in. This morning when I came down the hall she was still inside - curled up on the couch where David sits.
Something tells me we have a new dog in the family. I hope my black lab and blood hound approve of her. I told David that was the only small problem we had - if he wants to keep her then I'm permanently moving my dogs in with us too. So we'd be going from Dogless to a 3 pooch family. Mine currently stay with my youngest son where they've always lived and it has worked out well for all of us but I MISS them and feel guilty that they aren't with me 100%.
