Happy New Year!!!
I wish you a healthy, happy new year!
I know in my head that New Year's is just a change on the calendar, but like many, I find it to be a time to reflect on the past and look forward to the future.
I am taking stock of just how far I have come in the past year. From a weight loss/management perspective, 2009 was a challenging year. I was a bit 'too thin' in 2008 and bounced back to weight range that seemed comfortable and healthy for the most part; 143 to 147. During the holidays, I put on a few lbs and I have to admit it rattled me a bit. The good news is that I put my tool to work and was able to strip off the extra weight and am back down to the top of my weight range. I'll probably look at dropping it down a few more so that i have some cushion. As I look forward to the new year, I'll probably work toward trying to finally become more physically active. It's the missing link in my armor and something I need work on.
Do you have any resolutions for the new year or are you done making them? Please share your thoughts on the new year.

I think have finally become the person physically that I knew was hiding inside all those layers of fat. Now if the brain would catch up with the new body and start seeing the new me, all would be perfect in the world.
All good things in time I suppose...
Happy New Years Everyone!!!

Maybe this year's resolution needs to include finding a way to see the new you. I believe it's process. Not something that happens overnight, but with time. I am still in the process of seeing the new me, but I have begun to see myself as I am now and not as I was. Your brain will catch up, but sometimes we have to help to pu**** along. I don't know if you have had any professional portraits taken, but if you haven't, I strongly suggest you do so... Not just the kind you get at Sears Portrait studio, but some that focus on 'Dalton.'
BTW... You are looking fabulous and I must say that with the recent plastics, your shape has changed considerably. After you had lost the weight, to be honest, it was apparent that you had lost a great deal of weight before your plastic surgery. But now, that is not the case. I would venture to say that anyone who did not know you before would never guess now that you had once been SMO.
Wishing you continued good health my friend!
