Saturday Check-in

Good Morning Everyone!  Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas day.

We had a wonderful day of food and fun with friends yesterday.  There was so much food to chose from it was really very easy for me to stay on course.  I followed up my evening with a protein shake, so that helped with both fluids and protein.

I am now in front of my laptop with a cup of coffee posting at 5 am so I can be at the stores when they open at 6 am.  I need to take advantage of the sales for Christmas items such as ribbon, paper, cards, etc while I can.  So it is off to Walmart, Sam's, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Kohls and Hamricks with me.  DH loves to shop more than I ever will, so he will be joining me.

We had a wonderful Christmas, as well.  Lots of wonderful food at my son and DIL's.  No leftovers to bring home!  Hooray!.

Today, no stores for me!  It's a pajama day at my house.

Drove to my parents in VA. Had a nice evening will be here until Sunday.

Grammylew, now that I am home with my feet up and a cup of hot tea, my back sure does wish I had a pajama day too!  I got lots of bargains, have my weekly groceries, bought a new glass top stove and have my laundry almost finished.

As soon as they deliver my stove tomorrow I will use the rest of the day just to rest and relax before I am off to work again on Monday.
