goal

I have 1 lb until I reach goal.  I POUND!  Yippee!  I will be 1 yr out tomorrow.  Wow that went fast.  I really wish I could reach goal by tomorrow but I doubt that I will lose that one stinking pound.  But I still can't complain.  I have lost 169 lbs total with 149 since surgery.  But it would be so sweet to lose that pound.  I will post tomorrow.

Congrats! A year goes by so fast. You're doing great girl. You could be a poster child, doing everything right...eating, exercising.

Congrats to you!!!  You've given yourself a GREAT Christmas present!!!  I'm 2 years out and still have about 15 to go, but i'm good with it.  Go ahead now, reach around and pat yourself on the back (i know you can actually touch your back now that the extra poundage is gone! LOL)

Awesome Sandy!!!!  What a fantastic way to celebrate Christmas.  Congrats on reaching goal (1 lb or not, 169 lbs in my book means GOAL in my book!  And I have a feeing that final lil pound will be gone before you know it.
