I have learned to speak my truth

As most of you know Lee is still on sick leave.
FL does not want him to return till the doctor says he can go on full duty.
Lee has been dragging around when I mention him filing for short term disabilty.
Yesterday I put my foot down and said you need to call and have the forms faxed to us.
Within 15 minutes we were sent the forms.
I took forms to Food Lion to his doctor made copies filled most of them out.
My friend Becky has always told me you have to help guide men along and sure enough this is what I did.
When I returned home we got another form from FL about Leave of absence so back to the doctor I went.
I am thankful for the energy to do this and a clear mind.
If I stayed on top of things to get my RNY I can do this too.

As complicated as this is I bet this is still easier than getting your surgery was. Stay with it. Your getting it done. See you next Saturday?

I heard from Margy and we are planning on our day trip on Wednesday.
Looks like we should be able to make it next Saturday.
Trying to get my RNY was hard work but I stayed with it so it did teach me many things that I can use for things like this.

You aren't kidding.. you always have to "guide men" AKA do it for them =)  Good for you!!
