Something I never thought I'd do...

Last night (Thursday) was my WW night.  I still go because it keeps me on track and I have so many friends there.  I had been at a workshop all day and forgot to take my "weighing" clothes.  So I was wearing pretty heavy clothes.  I weighed and gained 0.6.  I haven't gained since Dec 18th, 2008.  Almost a year ago!!!  I wanted to make it a year....soooooo I closed the door to the weighing room, took off my pants and weighed again!  Never thought I'd go that far but you do what you gotta do!!!  I ended up losing 0.4!  Just thought I'd share that funny story.

Thanks, Barbara.  I want to get a family pic up soon...we had those professionally done and they're really good. (Not that my 9 yr old didn't do a good job on this one...)

That is too funny.  I would have done the same thing though.  Ruin your record?  Never.  Good job!
My body does not define who I am but I am trying to define my body.  It  gets easier with every pound I drop.

Oh my stars! I know how you feel-I've been tempted to do that in the doctor's office before-but the scales are in the hall!
