Checking in

Lee returned to work on Monday as per light duty instructions from his doctor.
Yesterday at the end of his shift the manager told him not to come to work till the doctor says he can return to full duty.

So things are tight  but Lee is doing better.

Today I had to take some Avon stuff to my friend and I put on my rain coat.
Lee looked at me and said I looked like a little girl wearing a coat that was way to big LOL
OMG I loved hearing that.
I got my new day time compression hose yesterday so I am back to wearing my tennis shoes again HOORAY!!

I am glad to hear Lee is doing better and about your oversized raincoat. My cheap boots from last winter are too big for my feet this year so I may have to hunt down a smaller pair. Keep on shrinking those legs and feet.

Annie, I am so glad to hear that Lee is on the mend. 

The WOW moments just keep on coming, don't they?  Isn't it amazing and so very wonderful when they happen.  I still wear my 3x winter berber coat and love that I can wrap it around myself twice.  But I think I will continue to wear it because it reminds me of wear I have been and how far I have come.

Isnt it funny how we hold on to certain clothes especially the bigger ones LOL
I looked at my coat to check the size it is a 3x.
Like you I will probally continue to wear it and if other people can see it is to big on me then that makes me feel good too.

I'm so glad to hear that Lee is doing better and while I'm know how tight it can be to be on a reduced salary, hopefully this will give Lee even more time to regain his strength and health.

I am ruling with an iron fist and making sure Lee is taking his meds and eatting right.
I found out he actually enjoys calves liver which he needs stuff like this to help increase his red blood cells.
The test are showing they are rebuilding themselves.
I found out the liver for me is pouch friendly.

I've never been much of a fan of calves liver, but chicken liver.... mmmm. Makes me want to make some chopped liver! I know that all of the livers are full of cholesterol, so I have be really moderate with them, but I do love it now and then.
