Looking for that Special Tree!! and a quick update Help

Sorry it has been a while...just extremely busy.  I do need your help though.  Every year my hubby and I have our annual fight but I don't think this tradition is happening this year because I can't find a tall 9 foot extremely fat/thick/fluffy christmas tree around here!!!  Only one down in Cape Carteret but I am not paying $190 dollars.  All we have is tall or short but very skinny (you can see right into the trunk.  See I'm from up north where they grow thick and bushy with heavy branches and it is a challenge every year and more soo this year.  My sis in Charleston does not have this issue and she paid $70 for a fat 10footer.  Of course there are more old homes in her area with high ceilings and alot of tree stands to pick from.  She tells me down on 17 before Wilmington around Hampstead there is a Methodist Church she always saw large ones at.  Does anyone know this tree stand or know of someplace that has what I am looking for.  I hate to think he won't have a tree he insist on cutting a foot off of and swearing "it doesn't matter if we had 12' ceilings you'd get a tree to big!"  I do top my trees and they are shoved to the ceiling!

As far as the weight goes...it;s up and down 8 pounds...up now but I do think I did something to myself reaching under a fixed bouth/table trying to wipe saladed dressing off a wall(2nd job). I twisted my body pulled a muscle across my heck and shoulder(rightside) but felt a terrible pulling pain in my left side around my larger incesion.  Now when I eat somethings it hurts around my belly button then it moves to my left side farther away and hurts for a while.  I also notice when I pick things up sometimes it hurts there also?  I am moving my bowels but things are noisy again?
