Friday Morning check-in

Good Morning Everyone!   TGIF!

I don't know about everyone else, but I just can't seem to get everything done each day.   This is the busiest time of year for me in both my business and personal lives.

The Melting Pot was a wonderful experience last night.  I only made it through the first two courses and then volunteered to be the "cook" for everyone else.  It was so much fun and I don't remember laughing so much.  It was good for my heart.

I was a passenger of 4 when we traveled to Raleigh so I did not mention the Trader Joes, but when the ladies saw the store all agreed a visit was necessary.  So with only minutes before closing, we ran across the parking lot and shopped until we could no more.  It is a beautiful store.

Today's plan is to make it to  aqua Zumba after work.  This ought to be interesting since I have absolutely no groove to my move!

aqua Zumba  you must fill me in on this sounds like fun.
Ive been a bad girl today shopping in my lycra capri shorts again and no new compression hose my bad for sure.
Good to see you posting again.
I love the Melting Pot havent been since surgery.
