Thanks Barbara.  I am glad your scales are behaving.  I think the good thing to note is after we "graduate" and meet our goal we are still human.  We may not always make the best food choices but we can keep our selves in check and catch things before they barrel out of control.  I will feel a lot better trying to get 10 lbs off verses the 100 lbs I needed to loose 5 months ago.  We've been there and we know. You are doing all the right things. =)

I love it!!!  Isn't great finding there are bones under all the fluff.  Though my backside does no look any smaller to me,  I sure can feel them bones if I sit in one position too long.  It is also kinda nice to cross your legs like a lady and not a man.  I am learning all kinds of things I can do even just 4 months out can't imagine what it will be like at 12 months or 18 months.

I know.. when I have meetings in those plastic chairs they are killers!! I wish I had brought a cushon from home.  I didn't realize how much cushon I used to have.. =)
