Medical Credit

My mom is looking into having WLS.  Her insurance is 60/40 with a $5000 deductible so she needs to finance the part the insurance will not cover.  Didn't someone post about a medical "credit card" where you can finance medical & dental procedures?  I would love some details and info if it is worth it or a rip off.  Thanks.
