Just 841 more spark points to go

I was recording my intake on sparkpeople.com and relized I have just 841 points to earn till I reach 25,000 spark points that is the amount of points I have earned this year.
I am excited about it because I will recive a tropy cup.
it is only a picture but it helps motivate me to record my intake and my daily fitness.

Hi Debbi,
Early this morning I was up and walking the dogs.
I can never express how grateful I am to be able to do this.
I  am finding I am able to do many of things I was doing before my legs started to get wrapped.
I do think the shoes I got from the foot doctor have made it possible so for that I am grateful.
My therapist who wraps my legs said once they get down as far as they can then I will get fitted for some new compression stockings.
