Hi gang! Old member, new photos from Marine Corps ball
Hello everyone,
I see a lot of new people here!! I have not posted in a long time. I went over my two year mark from having RNY back in September. I am happy to report that I have maintained my weight and I am so much healthier. This past weekend was the Marine Corps ball down in Myrtle Beach. I did not go last year as my husband was deployed. I did post a photo from 2007, two months post op. I had lost 45 lbs and I felt really slim :) well 115 lbs later I look totally different. I want to put it back up and also the new one so you can see how far I have come. Click the links to see the photos...photobucket was wigging out and wouldnt let me post them by themselves.

I hope everyone has as much success as possible! This surgery is not a magic wand and will not automatically take your weight off. I still eat way to fast, I dont chew enough and I still crave sugar and yes I DO eat it. I am so thankful for my RNY and wouldnt trade it for ANYTHING. The old members here probably remember me talking about plastics to remove this nasty excess skin. I am going in February to have that done and hope for the best :) I hope each and every one of you is doing fantastic and remember it WONT come off overnight BUT IT WILL!!!!! hugs to everyone old and new :)

Yeah I stole the hugs idea from Annie, but I would send ya hugs either way... lol! I'm glad you're doing so well. I think of you often and wonder how you're doing. Every once in a while I think I see you out and around Richlands, but it's usually just a quick glimpse and you're gone.
I remember that woman from before RNY and I'm anxious to see you after plastics, I still haven't had any done. One of these days.. ugh! How's that hubby of yours? I hope you had a great summer!!!!!
Hugs,
Sheryl

It soooo good to see you... and you are just STUNNING! You have always been beautiful, but my word, you look like you should be on the red carpet.
Congratulations on all of your success. Not only the weight loss, but more importantly maintaining it. I'm so glad to hear that you are feeling so well. It's time!
Missing you, but glad to hear that you are well and happy.
Warmly,
Barbara
