Atlanta?

Hey all.

Sorry I fell off the face of the earth but life has really sucked and why I've missed meetings.

In any case, husband has worked out a way for me to go to Atlanta and am curious who else is going.

(Yeah yeah, I'm sure there are tons of posts, but I'm supposed to be painting Sam's office...)

Any ideas as to hotels close to the convention center?  I'm not opposed to a walk..

I have two roommates tha have checked in with me so far to stay at the Marriot with me but the third hasn't yet. If she doesn't then I have a space open in my room sharing so far with Maggie and PuggieDawn.. If Rose has changed her plans then you are certainly welcome to stay with me. I will see if I can get a hold of her tonight. I just sent her and email and should hear from her by tomorrow.

Oooh.. this could be interesting.  How many days are you staying?

Rose will be riding down with Maggie, Lisa and I, so I'm assuming she's still planning on attending.

Lee and I are going but staying at Motel 6 less than 2 miles from The Marriot.
As long as we have bed and bathroom we are happy.

We'll be staying at the Airport Marriot. It's 89/night with the group rate. If you give them the following code you can get your event tickets for 20.00 instead of the normal rate... Cumbo09.

Heh, I got mine for $30.. close enough.

And I got my room for 89 just on a fluke so I guess I gots lucky.


Yeah, been feeling like death on a triscuit of late.  Long story that no one is particularly interested in I'm sure so I'll not waste the bandwidth.

Inquiring minds want to know where did you get a room for 30 dollars??My heart would love to stay at The Marriot but.. the pocketbook says no way.

And I did hear from Rose and all my roomies have checked in with me and I will be seeing everyone on Friday. I am glad that you Andrea are set to go too and look forward to seeing you in Atlanta!
