Flu Shots?

I have always gotten my flu shot every year and still plan on doing so but I came across some guidelines for the H1N1 something about an age limit.
I am 50 years old am I able to get this shot?
It is all sortaof confusing.

You must be 49 and under to get the nasal spray vaccine because it is a live virus vaccine.
You can get the injection (shot) of H1N1 vaccine if you are over 50.

It is not the magnitude of our actions but the amount of love that is put into them that matters.
