4 months out
Yes, this is quite normal and I have been given many reasons why and I'm not sure if its any or all of what I hear- rapid weight loss, shock of surgery, protein, whatever,- it still happens and happened to me. Mine started growing back a month ago-9 months out. For the past 6 months I have bee taking Biotin 5000 mcg per day, making sure I got all my protein in, using Nioxin hair cleanser and scalp treatment, and giving myself a scalp massage every evening. Alot of people say it happens and will grow back no matter what you do, but I was not taking any chances. I have my hair cut short and everyone thinks I look stylish, but I can't wait until it grows back! With all my research and networking about it-I have not met anyone that it did not grow back-and 90% of people say it grows back thicker and curlier. Hope this helps.

I lost hair with my C section. I have ALOT of hair so I didnt really mind, my husband cleaning out the drain however thats a different story lol. People can loose for all different reasons, not getting enough protien is one, but if you are then its from the surgery itself. Im only 2 weeks out so I havent started loosing hair yet, but since I did with my C section Im kind of banking on it.
Take care

I too have been loosing my hair... at first it was little and then it started gettin more and more. Now I can see the difference. Its hard to accept as we all love our hair. I hear it's temporary so I am hopeful it will grow back soon. Can't do too much about it, so I try to stay possitive. I too keep it short and its ok.
