Nutritional Guidelines from the ASMBS

I recently had someone ask about nutritional guidelines... This is a detailed read from the ASMBS, but it has some wonderful information if you can wade through it. Please be sure that the recommendations jive with what your practice suggests. If not, and you have a concern, you might want to print it out and take it to meet with your practice so that you can ask them any questions yo umay have.
