I havent forgot you wonderful people and am looking forward to the meetup on Saturday.

It appears that I am in full swing with my Avon stuff and still loving it.
Today I went to a workshop in Fayetteville.
Sharon went with me thank goodness because we got a little lost but we made it home.

On Thursday I have another endoscope to check on my ulcers around the opening to my pouch.
I do feel the meds I have been on have helped and am not having a multitude of stuck issues.
If the doctor wants to stretch the opening I hope he will repect my wishes not to do it.
I need the restriction.

Friday going to a new clinic for lymphadema and my legs.
I am staying the course, did have a overwhelming urge to get chips the other day so I bargained with myself and decided to get a small bag.
Then I saw Pringles OMG well lower calories than regular chips so I got the Pringles.
I ate one serving and the urge left as fast as it came on and put the rest on my husbands desk and did not worry about them any more.
In fact I felt sota sick after my serving so that was a good thing.
My dogs and I are loving the cool mornings and our walks.
I enjoy the walks as much as they do.
Mostly I am so grateful I am able to walk now since my surgery.

I am going to miss seeing you this weekend. I will be in Seattle visiting my family there but I will be back in plenty of time for Atlanta. SO I will see you there. I am glad you have found new therapy possibilities for your lymphadema. Here's to more success in that area!

Ann,
Mark your calendar for the 24th.
At Matts at 7pm.
I havent had a chance to scan the invitation.
Lee has been sick with two colds back to back.
The cowboy is difficult to reason with about going to the doctor.
You know Lee he would rather put his boots on and bite the bullet.

Funny Annie! I had a craving for chips on Monday!

We stopped after church and hubby bought me some. I had a few and was pretty much done. I have found my cravings are not too bad cause once I get a little bit of whatever it is, I am good and can walk away. If I ignore it, it will bug me til I get some.

Glad you are not having too many more episodes with food getting stuck. Hang in there!

Hoping to make it Saturday.

If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!

Valerie,
That will be great to see you on Saturday.
We hardly ever have chips in the house which is a good thing I do think they would call to me many times during the day.
DH likes to eat without his teeth so in a way it is a blessing.
Somehow he did manage to eat the rest of the Pringles.

Hi, Annie.  Just wanted to touch base.  I'm still doing well.  Have seem NUT and got many of my questions answered.  Getting in the protein and water is difficult, but I'm getting close.  I see Dr. Farrell on Monday at 3 and am so excited about that.  I weighed with the NUT but she didn't have beginning  (presurgery weight) so I'm not sure how much I've lost.  I should have a definite figure on Monday.  But, I can't let numbers get to me.  The troublesome incision still has to be packed, but it is healing.  I have a bad cold, but am trying not to let it get me down.  I am looking forward to Saturday.  Glad you survived the chip episode.  You are so strong!  I am so glad to have you in my corner.  T.
