Xpost-here and Main Forum. Only 2lbs lost since RNY 3 weeks ago.
I lost weight faster than that when I was dieting before surgery.
I am still on soft/pureed foods and I am trying to get all my protein and fluids in. I went back to work last week and I am on my feet all day. That's when I did lose the 2 lbs.
Has anyone else been this slow?

First of all, this isn't as uncommon as you might think. I dropped 10 lbs in the first week and then NOTHING for the next few weeks. I was sure I was the one person that this wouldn't work for. You probably are doing everything just right. Be sure to log everything for the next week; all of your suppliments, food, drink, activity, meds, everything. Call and see if you can get an appointment with the dietician that works with your program. If you still don't lose and they don't think that it's related to your intake, then ask to have a CBC done. Ask them to do an endocrine panel and see if that turns something up. Sometimes, those with endocrine issues will have a hard start like this and when it's identified and dealt with, things start moving along nicely.
Wishing you all the best,
