Ground Lamb at HT

Boy did I find a goodie at HT today.
I found 1lbs of ground Lamb.
Went looking for mini burgers could not find them but found the lamb instead.
We had burgers on the grill tonight could not find the mini burgers but found some lamb.
We grilled my 3oz burger tonight and it was great..
Lots of protein and soo yummy

My boyfriend is the seafood mngr at the HT here in Asheville so I will have him look into the ground lamb as he is very knowledgable in that area...it sounds really yummy.  What did you top it with if anything at all....I haven't had lamb in so long it sounds good to me!

Did you add anything to it or was it just patties of the ground lamb?  I love lamb, but always hated the prices.
